Whilst the events below may look like a lot for our relatively small school, it is important to note that FODS is not just about making money; it is also about creating a social atmosphere to be enjoyed by parents, children and the local community. In order for FODS to continue to do this, it is important to maintain a positive cash flow, as so many events have to be paid for far in advance of obtaining any associated income. For example, the outlay for the Summer Fun Day is around £1000. And if you think that that is a lot of money, it may come as a surprise to learn that costs for the Summer Ball go well beyond ten grand!

So what can you do to help?

You don't have to join FODS to help with the fundraising activities, all we ask is that you (and your friends and family) come along to as many events as you can. We'll even let you have a go in the stocks if you really want to help out!
